The representative must visit the reference points of sale, in his area in order to:

• promote buying platform on line and its features;
• support the customer in registration with the site and answer any possible questions or problems;
• promote targeted offers of products and assist the customer in the stages of purchase online;

Requirements:

• Dynamism, Emosi and motivation;
  
• habit to relate to different stakeholders and propensity for sale, with large number of daily visits and consultative approach;
• excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and persuasive;
• familiar with the platforms of online purchase;
• knowledge any problems encountered by the customer during the purchase online;
  
• indidpensabile ownership of laptop or tablet;
